Brad Mills: The Mills Office Team

Brad Mills

Brad Mills – Brad Mills, of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant office assets throughout DFW. Brad closed over $21 million in transactions in 2021. Utilizing Marcus & Millichap’s platform, his market knowledge and strong relationships with buyers, Brad was successful in securing multiple offers on most of his deals.

Born and raised in Dallas, Brad spent most of his career in sales aiding respected companies like Sewell, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch.

During his sales career, Brad regularly exceeded his sales goals and was often asked to take on leadership roles. Now focused on office brokerage, Brad enjoys solving the complex real estate needs of his clients, working with buyers all over the country to achieve their goals.
Keith Lloyd: The Mills Office Team

Keith Lloyd

Keith Lloyd, First Vice President Investments and a Marcus & Millichap Director of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group, is located in the Houston Office. Keith has over 37 years experience specializing in office investment/user sales and tenant representation. He has been recognized over his career for demonstrated leadership and consistent proven performance. His experience in managing assignments utilizes his skills and ability to analyze the economic business needs unique to each client. His philosophy is placing himself in “the client’s shoes” thereby being sensitive to the client’s needs while providing a high level of service to the client, which means being involved in every phase of the real estate transaction.
Duke Dennis: The Mills Office Team

Duke Dennis

Duke Dennis is a Director of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (formerly Metropolitan Capital Advisors, “MCA”) responsible for managing client relationships, along with placing debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Dennis has been in capital placement since 2014 when he joined MCA. Prior to entering the Capital Markets side of commercial real estate, Mr. Dennis was in Valuation as an Appraiser at Butler Burgher Group where he prepared appraisals for multifamily, retail, office, and student housing properties.

Mr. Dennis holds both a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s in real estate from Texas A&M. During his time as a student, Mr. Dennis worked as a consultant for Real Property Analytics, a private real estate firm providing valuation analysis of complex real estate assignments for Exxon, Oncor and the Puget Sound Port Authority. Mr. Dennis is an active member of the Texas A&M Real Estate Network , Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Texas Real Estate Council, Texas Self Storage Association and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. As of 2022, Mr. Dennis has been nominated and elected to be the Fort Worth Regional Director for the Aggie Real Estate Network, encouraging growth and promotion of working relationships between Aggie’s in the Commercial Real Estate field. Lastly, Mr. Dennis has also been invited to be a guest speaker/lecturer to classes in the College of Architecture at Texas A&M, speaking on topics ranging from Development, to Valuations and Commercial Real Estate Finance.
Mark McCoy: The Mills Office Team

Mark McCoy

Mark McCoy – Mark McCoy is the Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas-Fort Worth, Oklahoma, and Tulsa offices. He joined the firm in 2015 as an agent in the Fort Worth office, specializing in multifamily investment sales, and joined the management team in 2018 as the Sales Manager of the Fort Worth office. Prior to joining the Marcus & Millichap, Mark spent eight years in the commercial real estate space, raising institutional equity for the development and acquisition of multifamily communities.

Mark graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an MBA in real estate finance. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
